In May 2015, as the RBS Inspiring Enterprise programme drew to a close, the sponsorship of the SE100 changed from RBS to NatWest (part of the RBS family). NatWest is committed to encouraging a more entrepreneurial culture and supporting social enterprise
Matter&Co, who created and designed the SE100 Index, is a London-based communications company working with organisations across the business, social and public sectors to build success through social innovation.
The SE100 was developed with the considerable help from the SROI Network – now called Social Value UK and Social Value International. Social Value International is the global network focused on social impact and social value working with their members to embed core principles for social value measurement and analysis, to refine and share practice, and to build a powerful movement of like-minded people to influence policy.
Social Value International assist us with due diligence during our awards decision process and have led the research in designing SE100 tools for social investors.
