About us

0115 850 8190

P3's vision is that everyone at risk of, or currently experiencing some form of social exclusion or vulnerability in their lives should be able to access services that support, empower and encourage individuals to live their life to its full potential in a healthy and productive way.

Your business model:

P3 finds innovative ways to work with people, we don’t exclude and we believe anything is possible. Partnerships are key, along with listening to our clients about what they want, through our Client Involvement programme. Though the majority of our revenue comes from commissioning services, and trusts and funds, we have had three Social Impact Bonds granted to us from private investors to deliver services for rough sleepers and some of our clients with the most challenging needs. As an example, our Aspire project in Gloucestershire raised nearly £3million through an innovative social investment model utilising social impact bonds and social investment tax relief. With this investment we have been providing support to a group of young people who typically fall through the gaps in mainstream services. Exciting new partnerships, SPV’s and investment relationships have been formed to ensure the projects are well managed, effective, innovative and meet the needs of the young people. The project is an accommodation first model, providing 490 young people with a home and dedicated ‘linkworker’ to support the young person towards positive outcomes.
